While the laptop does work. “Laptop is in fully functional condition" is not how I would describe it when 1 of the 2 fans wasn't spinning and needed replaced. The fact that it sounded like a Boing 747 starting up and when anything running a good load on the CPU. Luckly, I have the skills to replace the malfunctioning fan (actually just replaced both and had it done with). But 3/10 as the laptop does work now that I have repaired it.

I'm not sure why this seller had negative feedback in the past. This experience has been nothing but positive. I asked him if he could ship this FedEx Ground, as I have continual problems with UPS. He was able to change that, and I got the computer in three days. Everything was packaged well, came as advertised, as a brand new computer with the hour meter showing at 0. Everything functions as it should and I'm very happy with this purchase for my business.
